A full refund will only be issued if you cancel ‘in writing’ more than 14 days prior to the commencement of the course. No refund will be given if you cancel within 14 days of the commencement of the course. No refund will be issued if you or your child cannot or does not want to attend the course for any reason. A full refund can only be issued in case of sickness if the guardian supplies a signed letter from the child’s doctor. No part refunds will be issued.
